Text Box: < Return to History Text Box: Circa 1920 - On the front porch of the Kirk house is Mary Kirk (sitting at middle) and 3 of her 9 children that were born in the house, Minnie (Olmstead) (on lawn), Gordon (on steps) and Iva Rae (Dunlop) (hiding behind 3rd post to the right). With the exception of the addition of a side porch the house remains today as it was then, including the original front porch posts, gingerbread and balcony.
