Our first School Council was formed in September, 1996.
The purpose of St.Thomas the Apostle School Council is to advise the school
principal on a variety of school matters which will enhance the learning
of students attending St.Thomas the Apostle School. The council is
composed of parents, teachers, non-teaching staff members, parish
representatives, and community representatives.
Meetings are held at least once a month. All parents and teachers are
encouraged to attend meetings and to participate in council sponsored activites.
Regular communiques are sent to parents and teachers informing them about
special presentations, decisions made, events planned, etc...
